outdoor use.
Complies with BS EN 60598-1:2000 & BS
EN 60598-2:20
All festoon cable that is intended for
outdoor use must now be made of rubber,
PVC is no longer acceptable and was in fact made illegal
in 2000.
We can still supply PVC festoon cable but it must only
be used for indoor applications.
If you use PVC cable
outdoors you are breaking the law and we will accept
no responsibility for the concequences.
